Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the rules of conduct for users of the Prime VIP Transfer platform and services (VIP transfer and tour reservations), in accordance with Turkish legislation on internet publications, the Turkish Criminal Code and related law.

1. General Principles

Users may use the platform and services only for lawful and legitimate purposes. Respect must be shown for the rights and safety of others and for the proper operation of the platform. Harassment, threats, insult, misleading information or fraud are not accepted.

2. Reservations and Payment

Reservations must be made with accurate and up-to-date information. Fake or unauthorised reservations in another person's name are prohibited. Unauthorised use of payment means is subject to legal and criminal sanction.

3. Communication and Content

Communication via customer service or other channels must be respectful and constructive. Spam, malicious requests or abuse of systems are prohibited.

4. Consequences of Breach

Breach of these rules may result in a warning, temporary or permanent suspension of access, and legal action where appropriate.
