Platform Intermediary and Liability Disclaimer

This text sets out the limits of Prime VIP Transfer's liability when acting as an intermediary in relation to VIP chauffeur transfer services (airport transfer, city-to-city, hourly charter, tours), in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, the Turkish Commercial Code and legislation on electronic commerce.

1. Intermediary Role

In certain service models, Prime VIP Transfer acts solely as an intermediary. The platform facilitates reservation, information and payment between the passenger and the chauffeur or transport company that performs the actual transfer; it does not itself perform the transport service.

2. Disclaimer of Liability

Direct liability arising from the performance of the transport service, the conduct of the vehicle and chauffeur, and compliance with route and timing lies with the transport provider performing the service. The platform's liability is limited to the proper and lawful provision of intermediation; any intermediary liability prescribed by law remains applicable.

3. Consumer Rights

Consumer rights under Law No. 6502 are reserved. The consumer may pursue legal remedies against the service provider and, where appropriate, the platform.

4. Scope of Application

This text applies to services where the platform operates under the intermediary model. A different liability regime may apply to services provided directly by Prime VIP Transfer.
