Platform Service Agreement

This Platform Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the use of the Prime VIP Transfer platform and the terms under which we provide our services, in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code, Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and related legislation.

1. Parties and Definitions

The platform operator is Prime VIP Transfer; the user is any natural or legal person using the platform or receiving services. "Platform" means the Prime VIP Transfer website, reservation system, and related digital channels.

2. Scope of Services

Services offered via the platform include: VIP chauffeur transfer reservations (airport transfers, city-to-city transfers, hourly charter), fleet and vehicle selection, tour reservations, payment processing, and customer support. Services are provided in compliance with applicable law and platform rules.

3. User Obligations

Users shall use the platform only for lawful purposes; provide accurate and up-to-date information; respect third-party rights; and refrain from any action that could compromise the security or operation of the platform.

4. Intellectual Property and Data

All intellectual property rights in the platform belong to Prime VIP Transfer. Personal data is processed in accordance with KVKK and our Privacy Policy.

5. Liability and Governing Law

Liability is limited as permitted by applicable law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; Turkish courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
