Under Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the following pre-contractual information is provided before you conclude a contract for VIP transfer or tour services.

1. Seller / Service Provider

Prime VIP Transfer. Address, phone, e-mail and other contact details are shown on our website and on the pre-order/reservation screen.

2. Main Characteristics of the Service

VIP chauffeur transfer services (airport transfer, city-to-city transfer, hourly charter, tours). Vehicle type, route, date/time, number of passengers and any extra services (e.g. meet & greet, child seat) are clearly stated on the reservation screen.

3. Price and Payment

Total price (including VAT), currency, payment methods and any instalment options are communicated at the pre-contract stage.

4. Withdrawal and Refund

Your right of withdrawal, time limits and refund conditions are set out in the preliminary information or contract text and in our Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

5. Complaints

Contact channels and information on consumer arbitration committees are available on our website.

This form is provided to fulfil the pre-contractual information obligation.
