Declaration: Chauffeurs and Transport Providers as Independent Contractors

This declaration clarifies for parties and third parties that chauffeurs and transport companies providing VIP transfer services through the Prime VIP Transfer platform are independent service providers, not employees or subcontractors of Prime VIP Transfer.

1. Independent Service Provider Status

Chauffeurs and transport providers who perform services in connection with the platform are not employees or subcontractors of Prime VIP Transfer; they are independent contractors (or companies providing services through their own legal entity) acting in their own name and on their own account. No employer-employee relationship exists under labour law.

2. Responsibility

Responsibility for the performance of the transport service, vehicle safety, chauffeur conduct and passenger safety lies with the relevant chauffeur or transport provider. The platform is liable only within the legal limits of its intermediation role.

3. Consumer Information

The consumer may become aware of this declaration through the reservation or pre-service information. The party receiving the service has a contractual relationship with the independent provider who actually performs it.

4. Tax and Insurance

Tax, social security and insurance obligations of independent service providers are their own responsibility; the platform has no commitment in this regard beyond intermediation or information (subject to applicable law).
