Explicit Consent (KVKK)
Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), I give my explicit consent for my personal data to be processed by Prime VIP Transfer for the purposes set out in the privacy notice, and where necessary to be shared with or stored by cooperation partners in Turkey or abroad.
1. Scope
This consent may be requested for: transfer and tour reservations, contact and enquiry forms, chauffeur or business partner applications, marketing (e.g. newsletter, campaigns), cookie use, and other processing set out in our privacy notice. Separate consent may be obtained for each type of processing.
2. Nature of Consent
Consent must be specific, informed and freely given. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
3. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may request access, rectification, erasure and object to processing via the channels indicated on our website.
