Privacy Notice (KVKK Disclosure)

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), Prime VIP Transfer processes your personal data as data controller. This notice explains for what purposes, on what legal grounds, and how we process your data when you use our VIP transfer services, make a reservation, contact us, or submit an application.

1. Data Controller

Data controller: Prime VIP Transfer. For requests regarding your personal data, you may contact us via the contact details published on our website (contact form, e-mail, address).

2. Personal Data We Process and Purposes

We may process identity, contact, customer transaction and transaction security data in connection with: transfer and tour reservations (pick-up/drop-off, dates, flight details, vehicle preference), contact and enquiry forms, chauffeur or business partner applications, payment and invoicing, legal obligations, and legitimate interests (e.g. security, fraud prevention).

3. Legal Basis

Processing is based on your explicit consent, performance of contract, legal obligation, or legitimate interest as set out in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

4. Transfer and Retention

Personal data may be transferred only where required by law or for the performance of our services, with appropriate safeguards. Retention periods are in line with our Data Retention and Destruction Policy.

5. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, and to object to processing; and to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board.
