Commercial Communication Consent (Electronic Commercial Messages)

Under Turkish law on the regulation of electronic commerce and the regulation on commercial communication and commercial electronic messages, your prior consent is required for us to send commercial electronic messages (e-mail, SMS, instant message, etc.). This text explains the scope of that consent and your rights.

1. Scope of Commercial Messages

Commercial electronic messages include marketing and informational communications such as campaigns, discounts, new service announcements, e-newsletters and surveys. Transactional messages (reservation confirmation, invoice, password reset, etc.) do not require this consent.

2. Consent and Preference

You must give explicit consent to receive such messages. Consent may be given via the website, a form or a checkbox/button. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of messages already sent.

3. Sender Information

Sender: Prime VIP Transfer. Messages include the company name, contact details and an opt-out (unsubscribe) option.

4. Data Protection
