Distance Service Agreement

This Distance Service Agreement ("Agreement") governs the conclusion of service contracts between Prime VIP Transfer and the consumer by electronic means (website, reservation system) for VIP chauffeur transfer services (airport transfers, city-to-city transfers, hourly charter, tours), in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Parties and Subject Matter

Service provider: Prime VIP Transfer. Consumer: the natural or legal person who accepts the contract by electronic means. Subject: the supply of VIP transfer and related transport services (airport transfer, city-to-city, hourly charter, tours) by distance selling.

2. Formation of the Contract

The consumer accepts the contract by reading and confirming the preliminary information form and contract text on the reservation/payment screen. The contract is deemed concluded upon receipt of payment and/or sending of the confirmation e-mail.

3. Performance of the Service

The service is performed on the date, time and route specified in the reservation confirmation, with the assigned vehicle and chauffeur. The parties are bound by the Distance Contracts Regulation and the Consumer Protection Law.

4. Right of Withdrawal

Under Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the consumer's right of withdrawal for services performed on a specific date (e.g. transport) is subject to the statutory exceptions. Details and refund conditions are set out in our Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction over disputes.
