GDPR Privacy Policy (EU/EEA Users)

This policy provides additional privacy information under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users resident in the European Union or the European Economic Area who use Prime VIP Transfer's VIP transfer and tour services. It should be read together with our main Privacy Policy.

1. Data Controller and Representative

Data controller: Prime VIP Transfer (established in Turkey). An EU representative may be designated for EU/EEA users under GDPR Art. 27; current contact details are published on our website.

2. Legal Basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Your personal data are processed on the basis of: performance of contract (reservation, payment for transfer/tour services), legal obligation, legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention) or explicit consent. Special category data are processed only on the basis of explicit consent or other exceptions under the GDPR.

3. Your EU/EEA Rights

You have rights of access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection and objection to automated decision-making. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time. You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

4. International Transfer

Turkey may not have an adequacy decision from the EU. Where data are transferred from the EU/EEA to Turkey, appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses) are applied. Details are set out in our International Data Transfer Policy.

5. Retention

Data are retained for as long as necessary in accordance with GDPR principles and then deleted or anonymised.
