International Terms of Service

This text sets out additional terms that apply when Prime VIP Transfer services are used by customers outside Turkey or when services are provided on international routes. It applies together with our General Terms and Conditions and related agreements.

1. Scope

Users who access our website or services from abroad (EU/EEA, UK, other countries) or who make transfer or tour reservations that start or end outside Turkey are subject to these terms. For services within Turkey, Turkish law applies as the primary framework.

2. Currency and Payment

Prices may be shown in the indicated currency (TL, EUR, USD, etc.). Exchange rates and payment methods are explained at the reservation stage. International card transactions and tax treatment are subject to the laws of the relevant country.

3. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Disputes are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey; the courts of Turkey have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, the provisions of Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and consumer arbitration committees/courts apply. EU/EEA consumers may also refer to the courts of their place of residence where permitted by applicable directives.

4. Data Protection

Personal data are processed under Turkish Data Protection Law (KVKK) and (for EU/EEA users) the GDPR. Our International Data Transfer Policy and GDPR Privacy Policy apply to international transfers.

5. Language and Communication

Contract texts may be provided in Turkish and English (or other specified languages). In case of conflict, the Turkish text prevails unless otherwise agreed.
