Legal Notices and Service of Process Address

This text sets out the address and contact details to be used for legal notices, service of process and formal communications to Prime VIP Transfer, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, the Turkish Service of Process Law and related legislation.

1. Address for Service and Legal Notices

The address for legal notices, service of process, court documents and official correspondence is the registered head office address of Prime VIP Transfer as recorded in the trade registry and with the tax authority. Any change of address takes effect upon registration and publication in the trade registry; the current address can be found on our website and in the trade registry.

2. Electronic Service

Where provided by law, service may be made via the e-tebligat system. The e-mail address registered for e-tebligat is the one currently notified on the official e-tebligat gateway.

3. Notices and Warnings

Contractual notices and warnings may be sent to the above address by registered mail or through a notary. Electronic delivery is valid where agreed by the parties or permitted by law.

When the address or contact details change, this page and the relevant official records are updated.
