Payment and Collection Terms

These terms apply to payment for Prime VIP Transfer services (VIP transfer and tour reservations) in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and payment services legislation.

1. Payment Methods

We accept credit card, debit card, bank transfer (EFT), and where offered, pay on arrival. Payments are processed via secure channels; where applicable, payment infrastructure operates under Law No. 6493 on Payment and Securities Settlement Systems.

2. When Payment Is Due

Full payment at the time of reservation or agreed instalment options apply. For corporate or contract customers, payment terms and invoicing are agreed separately.

3. Price and Taxes

Prices are shown in Turkish Lira (TL) or the indicated currency, including VAT unless otherwise stated. Any additional taxes or charges are applied in accordance with applicable law.

4. Invoicing

After payment is received, an invoice or e-archive invoice is issued. You may update your billing details in the reservation or account settings.

5. Security and Disputes

Payments are made through secure channels. Disputes or refund requests relating to unauthorised or incorrect charges are handled in line with payment provider and bank procedures and legal time limits.
