1. Processing Principles

Lawfulness and fairness, accuracy and currency, purpose limitation, data minimisation, and limited retention in line with the purpose.

2. Data Categories

We process identity, contact, reservation and travel data (pick-up/drop-off, dates, flight info, vehicle preference), customer transaction data, transaction security data, financial data in connection with payments, and application data (chauffeur and business partner applications). Special category data is processed only where permitted by law.

3. Purposes

Managing VIP transfer and tour reservations, communicating with you, responding to contact forms, evaluating applications, processing payments, fulfilling legal obligations, and legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention).
