Cancellation, Refund and Withdrawal Policy

This policy sets out the terms for cancellation, refund and the right of withdrawal in relation to Prime VIP Transfer reservations (VIP transfer and tour services), in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

1. Right of Withdrawal

For distance contracts, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the period and under the conditions set out in law. For services performed on a specific date (e.g. transport), statutory exceptions apply. Withdrawal must be communicated in writing or by durable medium.

2. Cancellation Conditions

Cancellations made a certain time before the service date may qualify for full or partial refund. Cancellations close to the service date may receive a reduced refund or no refund; these conditions are explained at the reservation and pre-contract stage.

3. Refund Process

Refunds are processed via the same payment method (for card payments, through the card-issuing bank) within 14 days or the period specified by law. For corporate payments, different terms may apply.

4. Force Majeure

In cases of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, war, legal restriction), cancellation and refund terms are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable law.

5. How to Apply

Cancellation and refund requests should be sent via our contact channels or customer service. You may refer to consumer arbitration committees or consumer courts in the event of dispute.
