Insurance and Liability Policy
This policy explains the insurance coverage provided or required by Prime VIP Transfer in connection with VIP transfer and tour services, and the limits of liability, in accordance with road transport regulations, the Turkish Commercial Code and Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.
1. Vehicle and Passenger Insurance
Vehicles used for the service are covered by compulsory motor third-party liability insurance and, where applicable, additional comprehensive or assistance insurance. Additional cover for passenger luggage and passenger safety may be in place; details can be obtained at reservation or via customer service.
2. Limits of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, where Prime VIP Transfer is the direct service provider, its liability is limited by the insurance limits and the framework set out in our Service Guarantee and Limitation of Liability text. Consumer rights are reserved.
3. Platform (Intermediary) Model
Where the service is provided by a third-party chauffeur or transport company, vehicle and passenger insurance is the responsibility of that provider. The platform acts within the legal limits of its intermediation role.
4. Claims and Complaints
In the event of a claim or enquiry relating to insurance coverage, customer service and insurer contact details may be provided after reservation or on request.
