Business Partner Agreement

This Business Partner Agreement ("Agreement") governs the partnership relationship between Prime VIP Transfer and business partners in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code and related legislation.

1. Partnership Scope

This Agreement covers:

Referral partnerships
Corporate service agreements
Travel agency partnerships
Hotel and accommodation partnerships
Event organizer partnerships

2. Partner Responsibilities

As a business partner, you agree to:

Provide accurate information about your business
Maintain professional standards in referrals
Comply with Turkish Commercial Code and consumer protection laws
Protect customer data in accordance with KVKK

3. Prime VIP Transfer Responsibilities

We commit to:

Provide quality transportation services
Maintain competitive pricing
Offer partner support and training
Process referrals promptly and professionally

4. Commission and Payment Terms

Commission structures and payment terms will be:

Agreed upon in separate partnership contracts
Subject to Turkish tax regulations
Paid in Turkish Lira (TL)
Processed according to agreed schedules

5. Data Protection

Both parties agree to comply with 6698 numbered KVKK regarding:

Customer data protection
Data sharing agreements
Privacy policies
Data breach notifications

6. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated:

By either party with written notice
In case of breach of terms
Subject to Turkish Commercial Code provisions

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Turkish law, including Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Obligations, and Consumer Protection Law. Disputes will be resolved in Turkish courts.
