1. Cancellation Timeframes
Cancellation terms vary based on when you cancel relative to your scheduled service:
- More than 48 hours before service: Full refund minus processing fees
- 24-48 hours before service: 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours before service: No refund
- No-show: No refund
2. How to Cancel
To cancel your booking:
- Contact us via email or phone using the information in your confirmation
- Provide your booking reference number
- We will confirm your cancellation and process any applicable refund
3. Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed:
- To the original payment method
- Within 5-10 business days
- Minus any applicable processing fees
4. Force Majeure
In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions), cancellation terms may be adjusted. We will work with you to find a fair solution.
5. Service Provider Cancellations
If we need to cancel your service due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a full refund or alternative service arrangement.
