All prices are in Turkish Lira (TL) and include applicable taxes (VAT/KDV)

4. Service Availability

Service availability is subject to change
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services in accordance with Turkish Commercial Code
Vehicle types may be substituted with equivalent alternatives
We are not liable for unavailability due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)

5. Limitation of Liability

In accordance with Turkish Law on Obligations and Consumer Protection Law:

Prime VIP Transfer liability is limited to direct damages
Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided
We are not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure)
Consumer rights under Turkish Consumer Protection Law are reserved

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Turkish law, including the Turkish Commercial Code, Law on Obligations, Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and Distance Contracts Regulation. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Turkish courts, and consumers may also apply to consumer arbitration committees.
