Prime VIP Transfer is a technology platform and booking intermediary that connects travelers with licensed transportation operators. We do not operate vehicles directly; instead, we partner with fully licensed (D2/B2) transportation companies to ensure you receive safe, legal, and high-quality VIP transfer services.
All transportation services are provided by independent, fully licensed operators who hold D2/B2 transportation licenses as required by Turkish regulations. These operators are carefully vetted partners who meet our strict quality and safety standards. Prime VIP Transfer acts as an intermediary to facilitate your booking.
We maintain rigorous selection criteria for our partner operators. All partners must hold valid D2/B2 transportation licenses, maintain comprehensive insurance coverage, operate well-maintained premium vehicles, and employ professional, experienced chauffeurs. We regularly audit our partners to ensure continued compliance with our quality standards.
You will receive the contact information of the licensed operator providing your service before your scheduled pickup time. This includes the chauffeur's name, phone number, and vehicle details. This information will be sent via SMS, email, and WhatsApp.
Payment for the transportation service is made directly to the licensed operator upon completion of your journey. You can pay using cash or credit card. Prime VIP Transfer does not collect payment on behalf of operators; we simply facilitate the booking process.
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your booking anytime by using the confirmation details sent to your email or WhatsApp, or by contacting our support team directly. All cancellations are eligible for a complete refund with no questions asked.
Reserving your airport transfer is quick and easy. Simply fill out our online booking form with your travel details. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation containing all the information about your luxury vehicle and booking details.
To ensure a smooth pickup experience, please include your complete name, surname, mobile phone number, email address, and flight number in your booking request. Double-check that your contact information is correct, as this helps us coordinate your transfer efficiently. Your flight number enables us to track any schedule changes.
Don't worry about flight delays. When you include your flight number in the booking, our system automatically tracks your flight status and adjusts your pickup time accordingly. We maintain a 60-minute waiting period after your actual arrival time. However, if we cannot establish contact or you don't appear at the meeting location, the transfer will be automatically canceled.
For bookings without a flight number, we will attempt to contact you using the email or phone number you provided. If we cannot reach you and you don't arrive at the pickup location, your transfer reservation will be automatically canceled after 30 minutes from your scheduled time.
Your chauffeur's contact details, including name and phone number, will be delivered to your mobile device via SMS shortly before your arrival. Should you not receive this information or need assistance locating our representative, our support line is available 24/7 to help you.
Istanbul Airport (IST) - Meeting Location
After you finish immigration and baggage claim at Istanbul Airport, make your way to Gate 14 to leave the terminal. Look for the M55 signage on your right-hand side. Show your name and booking reference to our team member, who will escort you to your waiting vehicle. Vehicle arrival typically takes between 10 to 20 minutes due to airport traffic management.
Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) - Meeting Location
Once you've completed customs and retrieved your bags at Sabiha GΓΆkΓ§en Airport, head toward the main exit gate. Directly across from the exit, you'll notice Simit Sarayi cafΓ©, and our M55 welcome sign is positioned adjacent to it. Share your name and booking code with our staff member for personalized assistance. Your vehicle will be ready within 10-20 minutes, accounting for airport operational procedures.
Absolutely. Child safety is our priority. When making your reservation, simply request a child seat and we will have it properly installed in your vehicle before your arrival. We offer seats suitable for various age groups and weight ranges.
We offer flexible payment methods to suit your convenience. You can pay using any major credit card or cash directly to the licensed operator upon completion of your journey. Prime VIP Transfer does not collect payments; all transactions are handled directly with the service provider.
Immediately after your booking is processed, confirmation messages will be sent to both your mobile phone via SMS and your email inbox. Please verify that your contact details are accurate. As an added convenience, we also send a reminder notification with your complete travel itinerary to your WhatsApp 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure.
For transfers within the city or to non-airport destinations, your assigned vehicle will be positioned at your specified pickup address at the scheduled time. Prior to your pickup, you'll receive comprehensive vehicle information including the make, model, color, and license plate number through email, SMS, and WhatsApp notifications.
