Passenger Transport Agreement

This Passenger Transport Agreement ("Agreement") governs the transportation services provided by Prime VIP Transfer. By booking a service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Service Description

Prime VIP Transfer provides premium passenger transportation services including:

Airport transfers
City-to-city transfers
Hourly charter services
Special event transportation

2. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of payment. You will receive a confirmation email with all relevant details including:

Pickup location and time
Destination
Vehicle type
Driver contact information

3. Passenger Responsibilities

As a passenger, you agree to:

Be ready at the scheduled pickup time
Provide accurate contact information
Treat the driver and vehicle with respect
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

Substitute vehicles with equivalent alternatives
Modify routes due to traffic or road conditions
Cancel services in case of force majeure

5. Liability

Prime VIP Transfer is not liable for:

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control
Loss or damage to personal belongings
Consequential or indirect damages
