This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for Prime VIP Transfer services.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Cancellation within the eligible timeframe (see Cancellation Policy)
  • Service cancellation by Prime VIP Transfer
  • Significant service failure or non-performance
  • Duplicate charges or billing errors

2. Refund Amounts

Refund amounts depend on:

  • Time of cancellation relative to service date
  • Reason for cancellation
  • Any applicable processing fees

3. Refund Processing Time

Refunds are typically processed:

  • Within 5-10 business days after approval
  • To the original payment method
  • Subject to bank processing times

4. Processing Fees

Some refunds may be subject to processing fees:

  • Payment gateway fees (if applicable)
  • Administrative fees for cancellations less than 48 hours before service

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Services used or partially used
  • No-show bookings
  • Services canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled time

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact our customer service team
  • Provide your booking reference number
  • Explain the reason for your refund request
  • We will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days
