This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are processed for Prime VIP Transfer services.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be issued in the following circumstances:
- Cancellation within the eligible timeframe (see Cancellation Policy)
- Service cancellation by Prime VIP Transfer
- Significant service failure or non-performance
- Duplicate charges or billing errors
2. Refund Amounts
Refund amounts depend on:
- Time of cancellation relative to service date
- Reason for cancellation
- Any applicable processing fees

3. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are typically processed:
- Within 5-10 business days after approval
- To the original payment method
- Subject to bank processing times
4. Processing Fees
Some refunds may be subject to processing fees:
- Payment gateway fees (if applicable)
- Administrative fees for cancellations less than 48 hours before service
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable:
- Services used or partially used
- No-show bookings
- Services canceled less than 24 hours before scheduled time
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:

- Provide your booking reference number
- Explain the reason for your refund request
