Fees and Commission Policy

This policy explains how Prime VIP Transfer sets service prices, applies extra charges and (where relevant) commission for partners/intermediaries, in accordance with the Turkish Commercial Code, Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related legislation.

1. Service Fees

Prices for VIP transfer and transport services (airport transfer, city-to-city, hourly charter, tours) are based on route, vehicle type, date/time, number of passengers and any extra services. All prices are shown including VAT (unless a legal exception applies). Price changes do not affect existing reservations and apply to new bookings only.

2. Extra Charges and Taxes

Where applicable, airport entrance fees, motorway tolls, waiting time or extra luggage are shown separately at the pre-contract stage and on the invoice. Statutory taxes and charges are applied in accordance with the law.

3. Commission (Partners / Intermediaries)

For reservations made through referral or intermediary arrangements, commission rates agreed in separate agreements with the partner/intermediary apply. Commission payments are made in accordance with those agreements and payment terms.

4. Currency

Prices are primarily offered in TL; where pricing is in another currency, the exchange rate and date are communicated to the customer.

5. Transparency

The final price is clearly shown at the pre-contract and payment stage. No hidden fees are charged.
