Account Suspension and Termination Policy
This policy sets out when and how user or member accounts for the Prime VIP Transfer platform (VIP transfer and tour reservations) may be temporarily suspended or permanently terminated, and the related procedures, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and general provisions.
1. Grounds for Suspension
An account may be temporarily suspended for reasons such as suspicious activity, alleged policy breach, security risk, legal request or investigation. During suspension, access is restricted; the reason is communicated to the user where possible.
2. Grounds for Termination
An account may be permanently terminated for serious or repeated breach, fraud, illegal activity, user request or legal requirement. Notice is given before termination where possible; in urgent cases advance notice may not be given.
3. Process and Appeal
Suspension or termination is communicated in writing or by durable medium. The user may submit an appeal through the designated channels; the request is reviewed and the outcome communicated.
4. After Termination
After an account is terminated, remaining data and rights (refunds, invoices, etc.) are handled in accordance with legal retention periods and our Privacy/Data Retention policies.
