Marketplace Intermediation Agreement

This Agreement applies when Prime VIP Transfer acts as an intermediary between passengers and transport providers (chauffeurs or transport companies) for VIP transfer services (airport transfers, city-to-city, hourly charter, tours). It is governed by Turkish Commercial Code, Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, and the Law on Regulation of Electronic Commerce.

1. Intermediation Role

Prime VIP Transfer acts solely as an intermediary; the actual transport service is performed by the connected transport provider. The platform facilitates reservation, payment, and information flow.

2. Roles of the Parties

Passenger: the party making the reservation and receiving the service; consumer rights apply. Transport provider: the driver or company performing the service. Platform: provides intermediation; liability is limited as set out in this agreement and applicable law.

3. Payment and Refunds

Payment and refund terms are governed by the Passenger Agreement, Distance Service Agreement, and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Turkish courts and consumer arbitration committees have jurisdiction.
