Service Provider and Platform Role Disclosure

This disclosure explains when Prime VIP Transfer acts as the direct service provider and when it acts as an intermediary (platform) in relation to VIP transfer and tour bookings, and how the contractual relationship with the consumer is established, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and related legislation.

1. Direct Service Provider Model

Where Prime VIP Transfer provides the transport service with its own vehicles and chauffeurs (airport transfer, city-to-city, hourly charter, tours), Prime VIP Transfer is the contracting party and direct service provider. Liability and warranty obligations rest directly with our company.

2. Platform (Intermediary) Model

Where the service is provided through a third-party chauffeur or transport company, Prime VIP Transfer acts as platform/intermediary. The transport service is performed by an independent provider connected to the platform; the parties to the contract are the consumer and that provider. The platform provides intermediation only.

3. Consumer Information

At the reservation or pre-contract stage, the consumer is clearly informed whether the service will be provided directly by Prime VIP Transfer or by a third-party provider through the platform.

4. Complaints and Requests

Complaints and requests are directed to the party performing the service; the platform facilitates coordination and provides support within its legal obligations.
