This Chauffeur Agreement ("Agreement") governs the employment relationship between Prime VIP Transfer and chauffeurs in accordance with Turkish Labor Law and related legislation.

1. Employment Scope

This Agreement covers:

  • Professional chauffeur services
  • Vehicle operation and maintenance responsibilities
  • Customer service standards
  • Safety and compliance requirements

2. Chauffeur Responsibilities

As a chauffeur, you agree to:

  • Maintain valid driver's license and required certifications
  • Provide professional and courteous service
  • Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and condition
  • Protect customer privacy and data (KVKK compliance)
  • Report any incidents or issues promptly

3. Prime VIP Transfer Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Provide appropriate vehicles and equipment
  • Offer competitive compensation and benefits
  • Provide training and support
  • Maintain proper insurance coverage
  • Ensure compliance with Turkish Labor Law

4. Employment Terms

Employment terms will be:

  • Agreed upon in separate employment contracts
  • Subject to Turkish Labor Law No. 4857
  • Including working hours, compensation, and benefits
  • Compliant with social security requirements

5. Code of Conduct

Chauffeurs must:

  • Maintain professional appearance
  • Respect customer privacy
  • Follow company policies and procedures
  • Adhere to safety protocols
  • Maintain confidentiality

6. Data Protection

Both parties agree to comply with 6698 numbered KVKK regarding:

  • Customer data protection
  • Personal information handling
  • Privacy policies
  • Data breach notifications

7. Termination

This Agreement may be terminated:

  • According to Turkish Labor Law provisions
  • With proper notice periods
  • In case of breach of terms
  • Subject to employment contract terms

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by Turkish law, including Turkish Labor Law No. 4857, Social Security Law, and related regulations. Disputes will be resolved in Turkish labor courts.
